Before your first class
How joining works
Step one
You send a booking request
Pick a class from the week, or tell us what you would like. It goes straight to Anastasia — nothing is charged at this point.

Anastasia confirms, you pay
She replies by email to confirm your place, with a secure Square link to pay. Your place is secured once it is paid.
Step three
The Welcome form, once
Your details, an emergency contact, a few health questions and the agreement we both sign. About four minutes, and it lasts 12 months.
