Terms of Service

Your right to cancel
You can cancel your membership or your first class for any reason within 10 days of receiving your copy of this contract, and we refund everything you have paid within 15 days. After those 10 days you can still cancel at any time if you move more than 30 km further from the studio and we cannot offer you a comparable class within 30 km of where you live, if illness or disability stops you taking part and a medical practitioner or nurse practitioner confirms it in writing, or in the event of death. You can also cancel if AuraForma stops providing the classes, changes them materially, or moves more than 30 km. In those cases we refund the part you have not used, worked out from the classes or days still to come, within 15 days; where the change is on your side we may keep up to 30 per cent of that refund. Any future payments are stopped within 30 days. To cancel, write to hello@auraforma.ca, or by post to 8327 201 St, Unit 404, Langley, BC V2Y 3P5. Any written notice that shows you mean to cancel is enough, and it takes effect when you send it. Nothing in these terms takes away these rights.
About AuraForma
AuraForma is a beauty and wellness brand offering posture, body tone, feminine movement and skin routine education, diagnostics, classes and programs. AuraForma is not a medical clinic. These services are provided by Anastasiya Kornyukhina, a sole proprietor doing business as AuraForma in British Columbia. Your contract is with her.
Not medical advice
Content on this website is educational and informational only and does not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. Individual experiences vary; AuraForma does not guarantee specific aesthetic, health or fitness outcomes.
Bookings & payments
Regular classes and the first class are booked and paid online: your place is held while you complete the Welcome form and pay, and it is yours once the payment goes through. Every other programme and appointment starts with a request: Anastasia confirms it by email, with a secure Square link and a date to pay by, and the place is held for you once it is paid. If a link runs out before you pay, the place is released and nothing is charged. If your Welcome form shows you should not train yet, we do not take a payment for classes; if you have already paid, the payment is refunded in full. Classes, AuraForma Reset and AuraForma Signature are monthly memberships. The first month is charged when you pay the link; after that Square charges the same card the same amount on the same date each month until the membership ends. If you buy before classes begin on 19 October 2026, the payment is taken at once and your first monthly period of classes runs from 19 October to 18 November 2026. If a monthly payment does not go through, Square emails you a link to pay it. Classes can be paid in two ways. On the 3-month plan — CAD 169 a month for eight classes, or CAD 89 for four — the first three monthly payments are a minimum term: you can tell us at any time that you want to stop, but those three payments are still taken and the membership ends at the close of the third month. After the three months it carries on month to month at the same price, and you can cancel at any time before the next payment. If the membership ends or lapses, even for a day, the 3-month price is available again only by starting a new 3-month plan. Month to month — CAD 179 a month for eight classes, or CAD 95 for four — has no minimum term: you can cancel at any time before the next payment. AuraForma Reset and AuraForma Signature are month to month. To cancel, write to us. The membership ends at the close of the month you have already paid for. Each monthly payment pays in advance for studio rent and for the places held for you, so a payment that has gone through is not refunded, in whole or in part, for any reason, except as the law of British Columbia provides — see “Your right to cancel” above. Prices are in Canadian dollars and no GST is charged. Once your payment goes through we email you your copy of this contract — these terms, your name and the date — and we keep the same copy with your booking.
Before your first class
Everyone taking part completes one registration form, which includes a release of liability and a short health screening. It is valid for twelve months and has to be signed before a first class. Anyone under nineteen is registered by a parent or guardian, who completes and signs it themselves; we then confirm that with the guardian by phone before the young person attends. Without a current, confirmed form we cannot let you take part. If something about your health changes during the year, tell us — the form asks you to.
Changes, cancellations and missed sessions
Regular classes are booked from your membership, your first class or a drop-in. If you cannot come to a class, tell us at least 12 hours before it starts — this applies to every class. Later than that, or if you do not come at all, the class counts as used and a late-cancellation fee of CAD 15 applies — the seat was held for you and nobody else could take it. We invoice the fee separately; it is never taken from your card automatically. On a membership, once in each monthly period you have paid for, you can move one class to another class at no cost, provided you told us at least 12 hours before it starts. Any other class you cannot come to is not moved: it counts as used and expires. A monthly membership comes in two sizes — eight classes in each monthly period or four — each on the 3-month plan or month to month, at the prices set out in “Bookings & payments” above. You choose when you join, and you can move between the two sizes by writing to us — the change takes effect from your next monthly period and does not restart or shorten a 3-month plan. Classes you do not use expire at the end of the period; they do not carry over and are not refunded. How and when a membership can be cancelled is set out in “Bookings & payments”. Apart from the rights described in “Your right to cancel” above, payments are not refunded. The first class is one regular class, CAD 15, once per person; you choose it when you buy it. It cannot be moved: if you miss it, it counts as used. Its price is not credited towards a membership. A drop-in is one class, CAD 27, bought on its own from 19 October 2026. A drop-in is non-refundable and cannot be moved to another class. The 12-hour notice and the CAD 15 fee apply to it as to any class. The only exceptions are the ones these terms set out: a refund if your Welcome form shows you should not train yet, the rights described in “Your right to cancel” above, and a class AuraForma cancels. A drop-in does not turn into a membership and carries no other commitment. One-time appointments — the Diagnostic and Private Sessions — can be moved up to 24 hours before they start at no cost. A move inside 24 hours carries a late-change fee of CAD 20. A missed appointment counts as used. If AuraForma cancels a class or an appointment, it is returned to you in full.
Opening on 19 October 2026
Classes begin on Monday 19 October 2026. There are no classes before that date, and nothing on this site can be booked earlier. You can buy before opening: a membership bought now is paid now, and the classes it covers run from 19 October — your first monthly period is 19 October to 18 November 2026, and the months after it follow from there. The same applies to a first class bought before opening: it is taken on or after 19 October.
Future partner aesthetics
AuraForma does not provide medical aesthetic procedures directly. Any future medical aesthetic services will be provided independently by licensed medical professionals, with separate assessment, consent, documentation and billing.
